What is Sarıl?
Sarıl is a platform that connects companies with corporate gift suppliers in Baku. It does not sell or deliver gifts and does not accept payment for products: a company sends a request, suppliers make offers, and the company chooses one.
Is it paid for companies?
No. Sending a request, viewing offers and choosing one is free for companies. You pay nothing to Sarıl.
What happens after I send a request?
The request is automatically sent to the supplier you selected. We notify you by email when offers arrive; on your request page you compare offers by price and lead time and choose one.
Who is responsible for payment and delivery?
After you choose an offer, the supplier's contact details are unlocked, and you agree terms and sign the contract directly. Payment, delivery and quality are between the company and the supplier; Sarıl is not a party to the contract.
Are logo printing and bulk orders possible?
Yes. Gifts can be filtered by logo printing, local product, occasion and minimum quantity. State the quantity, budget and date in your request, and suppliers will make offers accordingly.
When should I order for New Year and holidays?
New Year is the biggest season; companies place orders in October–November. Send your request at least 3–4 weeks ahead so the supplier can prepare on time.
How does a supplier join, and what is the tip-style service fee?
A supplier signs up through the form and Sarıl reviews and approves them. Joining and sending offers is free, and there is no subscription. When there is a sale, the supplier pays Sarıl a tiered service fee (a tip-style "bəxşiş") of the contract amount + 18% VAT: 10% on the 0–500 AZN portion, 8% on 500–2000 AZN, and 5% above 2000 AZN.
How is my data protected?
The company's name and phone number are not shown to a supplier until their offer is chosen. More details: privacy policy.
